What methods of payment do you accept?
eLuxuryCity accepts major credit cards:Visa,Mastercard, Paypal, Google Checkout, US Bank Transfer, Western Union.
How can you keep your prices so low? Are your products authentic?
Since our items are direct from the original factory, including original order, over order, factory over-runs, we can offer our customers these lower-than wholesale prices. For those who are not familiar with the terms, 'factory over-runs' refers to the small quantity of extra products the factory made for selling; the fabrics of these product are also direct from the factory. We don't call these kinds of products authentic, although they are in most cases identical. Occasionally, they may show a little difference from what you see in the department stores. But both the cut and the quality are the same as the original order.
What shipping methods do you use?
eLuxuryCity ship exclusively via EMS(Express Mail Services) and USPS.
How long will my order arrive?
eLuxuryCity processes all orders within 48 hours upon your payment is approved. The actual time it takes to arrive depends on how close you are to our warehouse. In most cases, it takes 10-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. All items are checked before leaving our warehouse. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us by email within 48hrs of receiving the item. We will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement (if it is available), or a credit (if necessary).
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender .Please mention your order number, item number/quantity you would like to return.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.Exchanges are also subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges and returns.
We will make the refund for the amount that originally was paid for the item, minus actual shipping and handling charges. (This term also applies to items shipped during our free shipping period) . Expedited shipping service fee is not refundable.
Any return that consists three or more items will be no service charge and ship cost is non-refundable .
What if you are out of something I ordered?
We will contact you if your order contains back ordered or discontinued products that were just sold out. If the product has been discontinued, your order will automatically be canceled. If the product has been backordered, we will let you know how long it will take to come back into stock and it will be your choice to either cancel the order or keep it open.
Do I need membership to order?
No, you don't need membership nor do you need to register with us. Just enter your email, shipping address via our checkout system and you are ready to order with us.
Are the pictures on your website the exact items I am ordering?
We strive to provide accurate images of all products sold on our site. Please refer to our product descriptions for further information on color, size, and style. Remember due to the different monitors and screen settings the products may look a little different in color when they actually arrive. How do I cancel an order?
We ship our products quickly to ensure customer satisfaction. If your order has been prepared for shipment or is in transit, you will not be able to cancel your order. Therefore, you must e-mail us at sales@eluxurygood.com immediately to cancel your order. An order cancellation fee might occur in some cases.
