We will ship to USA to worldwide.

All orders are shipped by Fed Ex. , USPS or EMS. (Express mail service).Please allow 3-5 days to prccess the order.Not over 14 days arrival.We need to confirm the shipping address with customers. Then we will proceed shipment. *Delivery time are as following table. * Each item shipped direct from our worldwide dealer. Any delivery that is refused by the recipient which will include (Refused by recipient, Customer not available or business closed, moved, customer not home, incorrect address made at order time, item picked up by an unauthorized party) or any other refusal will be subjected to all charges without exception.

Shipment only proceed from Monday - Friday.We do not ship on weedends.

Tracking no. will be updated via email within 2 days from the delivery date.

No Additional item charge. Each box are shipped individually.

We are not liable for any government tax, duty or delivery fees the customer may pay upon receipt of the shipment.

Customs or Import Duties:
eLuxuryCity will do what we can to help you minimize duties and taxes. All packages marked' Gift' and **Value is always declared as USD $40 per item to help minimize duties. However, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.. Please be advised that your country may add a tariff or duty to the parcel because it contains a commercial invoice. The buyer is responsible for any and all additional destination tariffs.

Return/Refund Policy

We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:

1. Shipping errors ( we shipped wrong color or styles)
2. Damaged goods
3. Dissatisfaction
  

In order to return your products, send an e-mail to sales@eLuxuryCity.com explaining the reason you wish to return your order, and we will reply promptly with the return address . Your order must be returned, at your own expense, within 7 days of receipt, in unused condition, and with all tags attached. *3-5 Items purchased with a discount code may only be returned for exchange. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt, and will be credited to your account.

US $30 restocking fee on the entire value of the order (item(s) + shipping) will be applied when returning the goods to us.

*On sale item is non-refundable unless you received an incorrect item.  Also, slight variations in appearance do not constitute as an incorrect order. Returned or exchanged items must be new and unused, and in unworn condition.New and Unused means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts (screws, clasps, stems), damage due to personal use, misuse or negligence: We do not accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.Our top priority is making sure our customers are satisfied!  Keep in mind that different computer monitors may show products differently in terms of color and detail. 

Cancellation of order:

We ship our products quickly to ensure customer satisfaction. If your order has been prepared for shipment or is in transit, you will not be able to cancel your order.


Order could be canceled as payment is still uncleared.Once payment has been made,we don't accept any cancellation.
